I create and manage the systems my team uses to design XBOX email at Ten Gun Design.
I also ran Ever Green Design, making logos and identity for people I believed in, and I am a Level C Certified Brand Specialist through Marty Neumeier’s program.
I started at Werner Paddles boxing product and later designed the paddles and everything else that carried the name.
I am still obsessed with how things get made.
How I operate
I take time to understand the real problem, then build systems teams can actually run. Flexible, consistent, and realistic to produce.

Then I build something the team can run next week, not just present this week. Pretty files that fall apart in production do not count.
